What we should do…

It’s pretty fair to say America doesn’t have a good global image right now. Well this decade with Bush, er I guess you could say we haven’nt been all that popular within the last 50 or so years with the Vietnam, North Korean, or Iraq wars. Well we did alright near the tail end of WWII after watching Jews being exterminated like the grains of the cheese you get on your soup and salad at Olive Garden; after a hellish silence during the long period of cheese grating, we said “Okay thats enough”. Oh and the whole slavery stuff before that. And I guess the whole deal with the Indians…LOOK we’ve done some horrible stuff, OKAY.

It’s time to get over it and move on. We can’t keep acting like that cool new kid at school who can do whatever he wants because he is strong and he has his own motorbike and knows a lot of cool stuff and most other students want to be him because the wierd and outlandish stuff he does is just hip new trends that might catch on soon. But deep down all the other kids hate him because he is a douche.

This is what we need to do:

Weaponize Marijuana (Grow and cultivate strains that lower agression, make you calm, open your mind, all that shit)

Sell it (through an anonymous source) to our enemies (In Iraq, Iran, North Korea, fuckit. all of the middle east. or whoever wants to buy), marketing it as a new “biological weapon”.

We bomb them with it right after we sell some of it to them so they don’t have time to figure out that they aren’t deadly missiles, but sweet Mary Jane Bombs.

They freakout and retaliate, bombing us with the same sweet shit.

We all get really high for a really long time. Remember we did that research that made it super effective.

We all draw up and sign a treaty which says that we get rid of all of our weapons, feed and shelter the impoverished and homeless, and fund education and health industry growth.

And 4-20 becomes an official international holiday.

And that all of the nations, like, totally have to hang out more often, and like, jam or something.

We could never give up our weapons or defences because fear is part of our human nature. There will always be something in your head, nagging

“What if my country is the only one who ends up giving up their weapons and investing in the good of the global culture? Or even worse, what if there is only one country left who decides to keep weopons and wage war over the rest of us who have none?” The kicker is, we are all human, so they are thinking the same thing. So the logic of a nation as a whole would default to keeping if not strengthening their arsenal.

In my opinion, fear of vulnerabilty, of the risk of a radical change in our view of life, and of not knowing if the other is lying, overpowers the draw of love. Even though all of our minds embrace the ideal of eternal love, we could never achieve it. All of the other human emotions combined create a stronger draw than love. Evolutionarily, the fear of changing something in one’s life is what protects us from taking unnesescary risks. Doubt leads to hesitation, reflection, caution, and more doubt. We lie to conceil our doubt to others, because doubt is viewed as inferior to confidence. And confidence begets aragance. Aragence begets vanity. Vanity begets jealousy from others. Jealousy begets hatred. Hadred of the fact that they lack confidence and the attention that comes with the confidence. They do not have confidence because of the fear of not being successful: doubt. The complexity of the web of human emotional interractions just between ONE person is unknown.

The unkowns that come at us when we are on the defensive ares easier to accept than the unknown outcomes that are accompanied by taking risks. Or to put it simply, It is easier to fight a enemy you know than it is to fight an enemy you’ve never met.

We dehumanize the enemy so we can cope with the fact that they want to kill us and so it is not so bad when we kill them. I would bet 99.999% of my money that every single one of the powers that promote the proliferation of mitilias (no matter what Nation, religion, or race you belong to) agree with the last statement.

Unless our advances in technology get great enough (to develope a system that enables us to relenquish doubt, fear, and hate from our minds, for even just a few seconds, and embrace the fact that we ARE the same, we are ALL human, and LOVE is the best thing to have in life), we will never give up our isolated, narrowminded, fear-ridden, this-hell-is-safe-and-safe-is-better-than-happy, intollerant, self-propigating-hatred filled lives.

Today, a door to door environmentalist came to my door. Normally I would make some lame excuse or tell them I don’t have any money. But this was a really hot girl with hypnoticly sexy eyes. And she new it. She opened her eyes wide and stared right into mine as she talked. I was powerless. I couldn’t focus on what she was saying at all. I ended up signing something and donating $20…
